Ruhainies atau nama sebenarnya, Nur Ruhainies Farehah Zainul Ilyas, 28, berkongsi momen bersama lelaki yang dikenali sebagai Elff Johan itu menerusi beberapa entri yang dimuatnaik di laman Instagram miliknya.
